This website is dedicated to helping you find a relaxing apartment to stay-in whilst you are in London and  to ensure it is both relaxing and affordable.

The idea for this website of property rental apartment by two good friends came about on a return trip from a Holiday in South America  where we had the most chilled out time staying in an apartment for 2 weeks.  

We discussed why we had such a great time and we came to two conclusions: 

1) We travelled so much with work that we both subconsciously affiliate hotels with work

2) It felt like we were at home but without any of the worries of bills, house repairs or the main strain of LIVING getting in the way !! We could invite anyone over without worrying about the concierge!

In addition we realise we had saved over  80% off our accomodation bill. It definitely helped that we had jointly amassed over 12 properties in London between us, hence,  all we had to do was convert from being a vanilla Landlord to being a flexible short-let focussed Landlord..
